Class Description

From the very beginning of theatre, thespians have struggled with the dreaded audition. Even the most seasoned actors have those moments where they freeze, forget lines, or something entirely unpredictable happens. Though there’s no perfect solution to stage fright, this class aims to better prepare budding actors and actresses for those moments they fear the most. Students will learn how to efficiently memorize a monologue, recall and recite one clearly and confidently, and even learn to give each other constructive feedback as everyone grows together. Don’t miss out on this chance to grasp one of the most essential skills an actor can have!
